MPPT 25 A DUO regulator – external fuse – RE252

The charge current of this regulator is increased compared to conventional regulators , thanks to the use of an ultra-modern microprocessor technology which allows an increase from 10% to 30%, with an efficiency higher than 95% .

But the characteristics that make it a sophisticated product are also many others:

- Modifiable charge parameters that allow you to optimally charge Gel/dryfit/AGM/pile or acid/lead-acid batteries and also LiFePo4.

- Two outputs for charging two batteries : automatic charging of the main battery or the one on board (Board I).

- Support for charging and trickle (max 1A) of the vehicle starter battery (Start II) with overload protection.

- Automatic charging for standard protection against overload, overheating, back current in case of lack of sunlight.

- Overload protection to reduce the battery charging current in the event of excessive sunlight and a charged battery. Immediate recharging in the event of energy consumption ensures the best possible state of charge of the battery.

- Connection for a temperature sensor (optional*) for automatic adaptation of the charging voltage depending on the battery temperature. At low outside temperatures, the charge of the weaker battery is strengthened, and unnecessary storage is avoided at high temperatures. This, rather than an option, is a recommendation to follow when the battery is exposed to large temperature variations, such as in the engine compartment.
